Risk of Loss or Damage
Define Art Gallery is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the artwork after it has been shipped or delivered. I acknowledge that responsibility transfers to me, the buyer, once the artwork is handed over to the shipping carrier by the gallery. If damage occurs contact the shipping partner for resolution.
Inspection and Insurance
I will inspect the artwork upon delivery and report any issues to the gallery in writing within 24 hours, including photographic evidence of the damage. After this period, all sales are final.
Shipping Arrangements
Shipping costs include proper packaging and insurance for the value of the artwork. Signature may be required at the time of delivery.
YES! Please add White Glove Installation for an additional fee. This service is for artwork purchased from our gallery only. No additional artwork will be moved and/or installed. (This option does not apply to shipping artwork)
