By signing below, I confirm my understanding and agreement to the following terms for the shipping and delivery of artwork purchased from Define Art Gallery: (delivery/shipping charge will be added to purchase)
Risk of Loss or Damage
Define Art Gallery is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the artwork after it has been shipped or delivered. I acknowledge that responsibility transfers to me, the buyer, once the artwork is handed over to the shipping carrier by the gallery.
Inspection and Insurance
I will inspect the artwork upon delivery and report any issues to the gallery in writing within 24 hours, including photographic evidence of the damage. After this period, all sales are final, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Shipping Arrangements
Shipping costs include proper packaging and insurance for the full value of the artwork.
