ART ON LOAN AGREEMENT

I agree to the following terms for borrowing artwork from Define Art Gallery for a period of no more than 24 hours:

Care and Responsibility
I agree to handle the artwork with the utmost care and return it to Define Art Gallery in its original condition, free from any damage.
Liability for Damages
I understand that I am fully responsible for any damage to the artwork that occurs during the loan period. In the event of damage, I agree to pay the full value of the artwork as determined by Define Art Gallery.
Credit Card Authorization
I will provide valid credit card information prior to the commencement of the loan period. I authorize Define Art Gallery to charge my card for the cost of any damages incurred during the loan period or to complete the purchase of the artwork if I choose to buy it within the 24-hour loan period.
